Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square

I was ready to cancel the booking that I made few months earlier reading the reviews but we decide to go because of location and it’s a new hotel and we did a good decision We stayed in hotel with my daughter 4 nights for New year - everything it’s perfect We didn’t have any problems with elevator or check in-check out, breakfast it’s basic,clean room,good view , very helpful staff and bonus is that you have all day coffee , tea, hot chocolate free to take .

Great breakfast for a hotel.

The room was small even for 2 people but still comfy and well decorated. The room had everything that you needed including a microwave and small fridge. The staff at the front desk and coffee house remained calm and courteous even though they were running full force daily during our stay there.

The front desk staff was amazing! No matter the time of day or night, the desk staff were always willing to help us out. They always put forth an effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Times Square to the fullest. Location was amazing with quick access to the subway station and numerous landmarks.

The hotel is perfectly located right at Times Square, making it an ideal spot for our stay in New York City. You’re right in the heart of all the action – theaters, shops, restaurants, and major attractions are all just steps away. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for us, and we really felt like we were experiencing the true pulse of the city. The hotel itself had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. While they were somewhat small, as is typical in NYC, they were more than adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the room was equipped with all the basic amenities, including a TV, coffee maker, and a small workspace. Despite being in such a busy area, the noise levels were surprisingly manageable, allowing us to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was also a pleasant experience. The buffet offered a decent variety of options – from pastries and cereals to eggs and fresh fruit. Although the breakfast area was always quite busy, we never had to wait long for a table, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was quick to clear tables and keep the area tidy. We had read some reviews mentioning long wait times for the elevators, but since we stayed on the 4th floor, we decided to use the stairs most of the time. This worked out well for us and saved us some time. Overall, we had a very positive experience at this hotel. The combination of the unbeatable location, clean rooms, and decent breakfast made it a great choice for our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit to New York City.
